HR Generalist

Istanbul, Turkey

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding.
Drive employer branding activities such as attending university career days, building partnerships with universities, and creating initiatives to strengthen CMA CGM’s image in the job market.
Handle both internal and external communication by preparing employee announcements and newsletters, and by creating HR-related content for social media and corporate platforms.
Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Design, manage, and oversee internship programs in alignment with business needs and learning objectives.
Act as People Partner for CCIS by supporting leaders in workforce planning, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR matters.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement in all HR activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
2 years of experience in HR functions with a focus on recruitment,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels,
Ability to in a team-oriented environment,
Strong organizational and project management skills,

A calm and solution-oriented mindset,
Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable in a fast-paced and multicultural work environment,
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a high sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.
Fluency in written & verbal English is a must (part of the interview will take place in English) ,
Able to work in the office 4 days per week (hybrid) in Istanbul.
