Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and maintaining HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws. Visits to sites to cater site employees/ engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Expert in payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Organize training and development programs for employees.
  • Complete knowledge of letters and email drafting.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and compliance regulations.
  • Coordinate with different departments for employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skill
  • Quick learner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
