Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of a Human Resources Generalist, located in Bengaluru. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. Daily tasks include overseeing HR management functions, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves coordinating recruitment processes, handling employee relations, and supporting staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• 4+ Years of experience.
• Knowledge of HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,530.82 - ₹35,692.05 per month
