Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our Human Resources team.

This role involves assisting in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.

You’ll be an integral part of shaping a people-centric culture as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment efforts: job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews

Handle onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience

Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases

Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration

Support performance management activities and documentation

Assist in training and development programs

Collaborate with other teams to support organizational goals and initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.

0–2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role

Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws

Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

Highly organized, with great attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with hiring portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., Zoho, BambooHR, etc.) is a plus

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
