HR Generalist

. This is an
on-site
position (Working Hours: 3PM to 12AM) and the resource would be primarily responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and assisting with other HR operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the potential to grow into a leadership role within our fast-paced, technology-driven company.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources (preferred)

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

0–2 years of relevant HR experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
-
Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee onboarding
-
Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS)
-
End-to-end management of employee lifecycle.

Support Medical Insurance operations (queries, enrolments, data management, escalations, reports etc.)

Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
-
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
-
Support HR operational activities and manage employee data spanning employee lifecycle events

Handle employee queries, concerns, and feedback
-
Support recruitment, on boarding, and talent management processes
-
Assist in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
-
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
-
Address employee concerns, assist in conflict resolution, and work with relevant departments to resolve grievances
