Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations within our recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll management, employee onboarding, HR compliance, and generalist HR functions, while supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and compliance documentation.
  • Conduct joining formalities, issue offer/appointment letters, and coordinate background verification.
  • Handle statutory compliance – PF, ESI, gratuity, and other HR-related filings.
  • Support the recruitment team in screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates when required.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in policy implementation, performance management, and grievance handling.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in a recruitment or staffing company.
  • Proficiency in payroll software, MS Excel, and HRMS tools.
  • Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
