Our client — a diversified group engaged in Training, Trading, and Digital Marketing — is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across multiple business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll.
  • Manage employee relations and handle workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of administrative activities and office operations.
  • Support management in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on HR generalist experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
