1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Prepare job descriptions (JDs) based on requirements from units and confirm with respective teams.
  • Share approved JDs and requirement details with recruitment consultancies and post openings on relevant portals.
  • Follow up with consultancies for current openings and collect candidate CVs.
  • Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews, and share feedback with consultancies.
  • Forward shortlisted profiles to concerned departments for second-round interviews; schedule interviews and collect panel feedback.
  • Finalize salary negotiations, issue offer/appointment letters, and collect necessary documents.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker with candidate data.
  • Conduct background verification and ensure timely joining.

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

  • Share welcome emails with selected candidates before joining.
  • Ensure all joining formalities, documentation, and system access are completed.
  • Conduct structured induction programs and orientation sessions.

3. Process Standardization & Compliance

  • Update and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with labor laws.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Drive process automation and maintain proper documentation.
  • Conduct regular HR process audits and suggest improvements.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives such as team-building events, wellness programs, and celebrations.
  • Conduct employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Address employee concerns by acting as a liaison between staff and management.
  • Promote employee well-being and work-life balance.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in consultation with managers and through performance appraisals.
  • Coordinate and track training programs (soft skills, leadership, technical).
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.

6.HR Coordination

  • Follow up with Consultancy on ongoing HR projects.
  • Visit different units for recruitment, onboarding, or HR requirements.
  • Coordinate visiting card printing for employees as required.

7. Social Media & Employer Branding

  • Monitor and respond to messages on LinkedIn pages for Ginza and SOIE.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for employer branding initiatives.

Experience Required: 3 to 4 years of experience in an HR role — recruitment experience is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
