Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and supporting a broad range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR compliance, and payroll coordination. The role requires a proactive professional who can support the school’s mission by ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive and productive work environment for all staff members.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an educational institution or service industry.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and school HR operations preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
