Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager for our federal sector client in the Human Capital group, you will:
- Process standard and complex HR transactions and supports the resolution of employee/manager and candidate inquiries.
- Support continuous research, documentation, and findings across HR topics to include policies, procedures, communications, and issue resolution standards.
- Produce supporting material for HR service delivery, such as memoranda, notices, announcements, and news releases for HR-related policies and events.

Qualifications
Required
:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA
- 2+ years processing Federal Human Resources (HR) transactions and resolving employee, manager, and candidate inquiry
- 2+ years researching and documenting HR policies, procedures, communications, or issue resolution standards
- 2+ years creating HR service delivery materials, including memoranda, notices, announcements, or news releases for HR
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in professional services environment
