Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, employee recognition programs, and team-building events.
  • Conduct stay interviews and coordinate with leadership to improve retention.

3. HR Operations:

  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism.

4. Performance Management:

  • Support the appraisal process and assist in goal-setting and review discussions.
  • Track employee performance and assist managers with improvement plans.

5. Compliance & Policy Management:

  • Ensure HR policies and labor laws are followed.
  • Assist in drafting/updating HR policies as per company needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience in the IT/Tech industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,804.57 - ₹41,660.19 per month
