HR Generalist - Remote

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the tech industry and can help attract, retain, and engage top tech talent while ensuring compliance and promoting a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations and HR policy interpretation
• Manage HR updates and employee records accurately
• Coordinate employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives
• Support performance management and appraisal cycles
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and IT-specific HR regulations
• Partner with team leads to identify HR needs and resolve issues
• Manage employee benefits administration and payroll coordination
• Assist in implementing learning and development programs tailored to tech teams
• Prepare HR reports and support audits when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-4 years of HR experience, mandatory in the IT or tech sector
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and modern HR systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
