About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head who can independently manage a team of 60 and take ownership of all core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, skilled in people management, and capable of driving a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all core HR functions including recruitment, performance management, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team for HR strategy and decision-making. Independently handle end-to-end HR operations and policies. Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive and motivated workforce. Ensure statutory compliance and timely payroll management. Implement performance review systems and career development programs. Manage conflict resolution and foster a collaborative work environment. Qualifications & Experience Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Proven experience (8+ years preferred) in handling all core HR functions independently. Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams (50+ employees). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Pay: ₹388,425.26 - ₹687,283.15 per year
