Boss Pakson is looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Head will drive initiatives to create a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and support the company’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Work closely with the leadership team to shape the HR roadmap in line with business goals.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is hired for the right roles at all levels. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and manage employer branding initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by developing programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Analyze employee feedback, conduct surveys, and implement changes based on findings.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement effective performance management processes that align with company goals. Ensure fair and transparent performance reviews, coaching, and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Training & Development: Identify organizational learning and development needs. Oversee the design and implementation of training programs aimed at improving skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities across the company.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage the company’s compensation structure and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and in line with industry standards. Continuously assess and improve the benefits offerings to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Investigate and resolve any employee grievances or conflicts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure company practices are in compliance.
  • Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives and support the organization’s evolution as it grows. Implement programs that improve operational efficiency, communication, and teamwork across departments.
  • Leadership Development: Work with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and design leadership development programs. Help build a pipeline of future leaders for the organization.
  • HR Technology: Oversee the adoption and use of HR technologies that support recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and overall HR operations.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Monitor and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction, recruitment success, etc.) and provide insights to the executive team on HR-related trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in all areas of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing company is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
