HR Head

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head- Human Resources to lead the HR function of our university. The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives, build a high performing workforce, and ensure a positive work culture aligned with the institution's vision and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end -to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
• Formulate and implement HR policies, service rules, and procedures as per UGC, AICTE, and state regulations.
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems and recommend promotions/ increments.
• Drive employee engagement , conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
• Identify training needs and implement faculty & staff development programs.
• Ensure legal and statutory compliance, maintain HR records and documentation.
• Implement and manage HRMS/ERP systems for efficient operations.
• Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
• 8-15 years of experience in HR, including 3+ years in a leadership role.(preferably in higher education)/
• Excellent communication , leadership, and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulatory frameworks(UGC, AICTE etc).
• Experience in policy drafting, performance management, and organizational development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
