  • Candidate search

The appropriate candidates from our database and other sources are searched.

  • Telephonic screening

Screen the candidates over a telephonic call and make sure that the candidate fits the job requirement.

  • Interview lineup

Interview as per the availability of the team (management) and the candidates is arranged.

  • Candidate selection

Select the appropriate candidate and gives a joining date. We conduct regular follow ups to ensure joining,

  • Induction to company profile and team After joining the fill up- all documents formalities and induction to company’s profiles and meet the internal team.
  • Proper induction &training (Vision/ mission/purpose/value)
  • Creating appointment letter/ offer letter
  • Interview documentation/ drafting
  • Checking references to all employee record.
  • Employee entry file/ held/rejected/resign/decision pending/ payment file/database file created.
  • Monthly mobile bill verified and pass. Also toll free number and candidate number.
  • Termination resignation of the employee as well exit interview formalities
  • Handling pay-well software, time attendance and salary making process.
  • Purchasing online and as per requirement of laptop/mobile/sim card for all sites
  • Daily lunch bill pass and as per order daily some office things (all sites) for various miscellaneous item.
  • Coordinating with advertising agency and making design for our smart cards and pamphlet.
  • Repairing work to all site like as a camera shifting/ network issues (Wi-Fi)/laptop/desktop repair
  • Every site providing (Gruham non-woven bag) snacks.
  • Social media promotional activity as well design made through harmony multimedia
  • Performance appraisal
  • Update with consultancy and portal through screening resume and then according to their schedule
  • Facing customer at head office problem with the construction and quality
  • Booking flight tickets for hotel accommodation and guest.
  • Coordinating with sales team and account team for attendance / leave policy
  • Some miscellaneous work/ activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
