HR Head Hunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Salon Industry)

We are seeking an experienced HR Head Hunter with a strong background in the salon or beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified salon staff, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
This role requires deep understanding of salon operations, staff requirements, and industry hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit salon staff including:
• :Beauticians
• :Hair Stylists
• :Makeup Artists
• :Nail Technicians
• :Receptionists / Front Desk Staff
• :Media & Customer Support Staff
• Develop and manage effective recruitment strategies for salon hiring
• Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate with salon management to understand staffing needs
• Maintain a database of potential and existing candidates
• Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and basic HR documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
• Proven experience as an HR Head Hunter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Mandatory experience in salon / beauty / spa industry
• Strong understanding of salon roles and skill requirements
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with social media hiring, referrals, and recruitment platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
