Role: HR Intern

Duration: 45 days (Work from Home)

Stipend: 5k -7.5k

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Support interview coordination and scheduling.

Maintain and update recruitment databases/trackers.

Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.

Work on employer branding and talent engagement activities.

Collaborate with the HR team on daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in HR/Management/Commerce).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR tools is a plus.

Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a professional environment.
