HR Intern – Talent Sourcing (LinkedIn Focus)

What You’ll Do:

• Source potential candidates on LinkedIn based on job descriptions and role requirements
• Create and send personalized messages to engage with candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles
• Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups
• Work with the HR team to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
• Track responses and update candidate data in recruitment tools or spreadsheets
• Support employer branding initiatives by sharing job openings and content on social media

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong communication skills, especially in written messaging
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• Good research and analytical skills to identify suitable candidates
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
• Previous experience with sourcing or recruitment is a plus but not mandatory
