HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Handle basic employee queries under supervision.
  • Participate in policy review and documentation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive inf

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
