Position: HR Executive
Location: Kochi

Job Summary:
The HR Executive will support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and engagement. The role requires a proactive individual who can not only manage day-to-day HR tasks but also contribute strategically by analyzing HR data, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Support smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
2. HR Operations & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.
- Prepare and analyze basic HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and engagement indicators.
- Contribute to periodic HR reports and dashboards for management review.
3. Employee Relations & Conflict Management
- Support resolution of minor employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
- Promote open communication and a healthy workplace culture.
- Escalate sensitive issues to senior HR staff with recommendations for resolution.
- Assist in implementing disciplinary procedures when required.
4. Employee Engagement & Event Management
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for successful event delivery.
- Measure engagement impact and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Compliance & HR Policy Support
- Ensure HR processes align with organizational policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
- Support HR audits and documentation for compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related functions.
- Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations is an advantage.
- Support HR Manager in tracking and analyzing workforce trends and presenting insights for decision-making.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives related to talent retention or performance improvement.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in handling tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with understanding of HR metrics and reporting.
- Event planning and execution capability.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Vlookup).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
