  • Recruitment Support: Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling/coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, sending offer/rejection letters, managing applicant data.
  • Onboarding & Training: Assisting with new hire orientation, preparing materials, coordinating training sessions.
  • Data & Records Management: Updating employee databases, maintaining HR files, collecting payroll info, generating HR reports.
  • Employee Support: Responding to basic staff questions about policies/procedures, assisting with basic employee issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: General office support, filing, managing correspondence, organizing events.
  • HR Projects: Contributing to HR initiatives, research (e.g., salary data), and improving processes.

Typical Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication (written/oral), organization, time management, attention to detail, confidentiality.
  • Attributes: Eagerness to learn, personable, customer service focus, problem-solving ability.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
