Position: HR Intern
Experience: Fresher / Graduate or Post Graduate in HR
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Location: Bengaluru
Reporting to: HR Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding & induction formalities for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance & HR documentation.
  • Assist in HR operations – leave management, documentation, MIS updates.
  • Support employee engagement activities & HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate training & development programs.
  • Help prepare HR reports and recruitment dashboards.

  • Completion of onboarding within standard SLA
  • Participation and support in minimum 1 activity/event per month

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
