Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations. The intern will assist across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR systems while gaining hands-on exposure to core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and HRMS tools (e.g., Zimyo/others)
- Support in preparing HR letters and documentation (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in organizing training sessions and company events
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Eligibility / Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
- Understanding of basic labor laws
- Prior internship experience in HR (optional)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
