Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs, shortlisting CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Assist in attendance and leave record management
  • Help in preparing HR documents (offer letters, contracts, letters etc.)
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
  • Support payroll data preparation (if required)
  • Perform general administrative tasks assigned by HR department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA in HRM should be completed)
  • Atleast 6 month exprience in relevant field
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions
  • Good communication skills
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
