HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across technical and leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications
  • Source candidates through:
  • LinkedIn
  • Naukri
  • Job portals
  • Social media
  • References
  • Screen and shortlist profiles as per requirement
  • Conduct HR interviews and initial assessments
  • Coordinate with technical panel & clients
  • Follow up for feedback and offer closures
  • Maintain recruitment database and tracker
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience in technical hiring (Java, .Net, Semiconductor, Electronics – preferred)
  • Knowledge of job portals & LinkedIn sourcing
  • Ability to handle leadership hiring
  • Good stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
