  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation
  • Assist in daily HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient departmental functioning.
  • Coordinate with employees for the collection of required documents (CNIC, academic records, contracts, etc.).
  • Support compliance-related tasks and filing of statutory or audit documents.
  • Respond to routine employee queries and escalate matters to HR Officers when required.
  • Perform any other HR operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
