HR Internship Opportunity – Karachi

Logix Solutions is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our team as an HR Intern. This internship is designed for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions while developing professional skills in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR sales activities, including email outreach and client communication
• Conduct LinkedIn lead generation and assist in building HR business pipelines
• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Participate in training and development initiatives and support execution of learning programs.
• Assist in managing online sessions and webinars in coordination with technical team.
• Perform multitasking across different HR domains to gain practical exposure

Learning Exposure

This internship offers rotation across key HR areas including:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• HR Sales & Client Outreach
• Training & Development
• HR Operations & Coordination

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in HR, recruitment, and business development

• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and professional communication tools is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
