Job Description

We are looking for a Female HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 months of experience who want to build their career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements on different hiring platforms
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Conduct interviews for academy-related positions
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR files
• Prepare offer letters and other HR documents
• Conduct employee training and orientation sessions and interviews
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in HR activities

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh to 3 months of HR experience
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
