HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in implementing new initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
• Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
