HR Intern

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
  • Help conduct initial candidate communication

2. Employee Onboarding

  • Support new employee orientation and documentation
  • Prepare onboarding materials and welcome kits
  • Maintain employee records and files

3. HR Administration

  • Update and manage employee databases
  • Maintain attendance and leave records
  • Assist with payroll data entry (if required)
  • Handle HR documentation and filing

4. Employee Engagement

  • Help organize training sessions, workshops, or events
  • Assist in employee surveys and feedback collection
  • Support internal communication activities

5. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure HR policies are followed and documented
  • Assist in updating company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information
