HR Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern – Operations to support daily HR activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations, employee documentation, and digitization processes within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the digitization of employee personal files, including scanning and mapping records into the People Perfect system.
  • Maintain and organize employee personal files (both physical and digital).
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of loose and confidential HR documents.
  • Support day-to-day HR operational activities and services.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and HR support tasks.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in BBA / MBA (HR)
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply
