What your typical day look like:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (CV screening, interview coordination, follow-ups)
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and documentation
  • Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned

What you need to succeed at this role:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally
  • Eager to learn and proactive attitude
