HR Intern

Job Purpose:

To support the HR function in a manufacturing and ERP-driven environment by assisting in recruitment, workforce documentation, attendance management, and coordination with plant, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams—while ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Blue/White Collar Hiring

  • Assist in hiring for plant workforce, technicians, and office staff
  • Screen CVs based on technical and functional requirements
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads (Production, Procurement, Sales, Admin)
  • Maintain a structured recruitment tracker in ERP/Excel

2. HR Operations & ERP Data Management

  • Assist in maintaining employee master data in ERP/HRIS
  • Ensure accuracy of:
  • Employee records
  • Designations and departments
  • Reporting lines
  • Support digitization of HR records (contracts, CNICs, educational documents)
  • Assist in generating basic HR reports from ERP

3. Attendance, Leave & Workforce Tracking

  • Support daily attendance monitoring (biometric/manual for plant & HO)
  • Assist in leave record management and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with Admin/Plant supervisors for shift-wise attendance issues

4. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Assist in onboarding of new hires (especially plant workforce)
  • Ensure completion of:
  • Employment forms
  • Policy acknowledgments
  • Document checklists
  • Coordinate with IT for ERP/email access provisioning

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support HR in aligning manpower planning with operational needs

6. Employee Engagement (Structured Environment)

  • Support execution of toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and engagement activities
  • Assist in communication between plant workers and HR

Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA (HR) or equivalent (final year or fresh graduate preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of HR in manufacturing/industrial setup
  • Strong Excel skills (attendance, trackers, data handling)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred)
  • High attention to detail (critical for HR data accuracy)
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
