HR Intern – Recruitment

Zameen.com is Pakistan’s Largest Online Real Estate Portal Connecting Buyers with Sellers within & outside the country. Zameen.com started its funding first round in 2012 which constituted of several angel investors and substantial investment from venture capital firms. A further two rounds of major investment were closed in late 2015 and early 2016, bringing in a total of $29 million.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern – Recruitment to assist our hiring team in sourcing and selecting top talent. This short-term internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in organizing recruitment drives and open house events.
• Assist in preparing daily recruitment reports and updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is mandatory (students currently pursuing or continuing education are not eligible).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional HR setup.
