Job Summary

AESOM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to international recruitment practices (USA market) and provides a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in candidate sourcing via Indeed, LinkedIn, and job portals
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and HR records (HRIS)
  • Support onboarding processes and documentation
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings
  • Contribute to HR reports, employee engagement, and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, BBA, Psychology, or relevant field
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing or Indeed hiring tools
  • Understanding of HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
