Hiring: HR Intern

Ecomndev LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship program. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while gaining practical, hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees
• Help organize and coordinate HR events, trainings, and team-building activities
• Draft and update HR-related documents such as policies, notices, and memos
• Assist in handling employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvement
• Support payroll, attendance tracking, and performance management activities
