HR Operations Intern

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking an HR Operations Intern to support our HR team in delivering client-focused HR services. This role will provide hands-on experience in managing employees across the full HR lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, attendance, performance tracking, and exit processes. The internship offers valuable exposure to HR operations in a service-provider environment, with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with end-to-end employee management for client-deployed staff, including hiring, onboarding, attendance monitoring, and exit formalities.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records in HR systems as per client requirements.

· Prepare HR letters, reports, and compliance documentation for client review.

· Coordinate with client representatives to resolve HR queries and provide timely updates.

· Support HR projects, process improvements, and research on best practices to enhance service delivery.

· Perform other HR operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Commerce (HR major preferred).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint essential).
