Role Overview

We are looking for a female HR intern who is enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the HR department. This internship will provide valuable insight into recruitment processes, team coordination, HR documentation, and employee engagement strategies within a growing digital agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain and update HR documents and databases
• Help manage employee records and performance tracking
• Participate in onboarding processes and orientation sessions
• Assist with organizing team events and engagement activities
• Support in day-to-day administrative and HR operations

Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Professional attitude with a keen interest in HR practices
• Comfortable working in a structured and deadline-driven environment
• Must be female as this is a gender-specific opening for diversity requirements
