HR Internship

• CV screening and candidate evaluation
• Conducting initial interviews
• Technical hiring exposure (IT roles)
• Communication with candidates and interview coordination
• Understanding industry hiring standards

Responsibilities:

• Post jobs and manage applications
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews
• Maintain candidate records and hiring pipelines
• Assist in employer branding activities
