Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Licensing Officer to join our Mental Health Care Center in Riyadh. The role combines human resources responsibilities with managing licensing requirements for healthcare professionals. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare licensing (SCFHS, Ministry of Health, etc.) and proven experience in HR operations within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management.
  • Oversee the licensing and registration of medical and allied health professionals with SCFHS and other regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Maintain updated employee records, contracts, and license databases.
  • Liaise with government authorities (SCFHS, MOH, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, etc.) for HR and licensing matters.
  • Support management in workforce planning and regulatory audits.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff regarding HR policies and licensing requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in healthcare in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of SCFHS licensing procedures and Saudi labor law.
  • Proficiency in HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a Plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
