We’re Hiring: HR Manager

Are you a people-focused professional with strong expertise in HR operations? We’re looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Location:PECHS, Block 6, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Foster a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems efficiently.
• Lead HR projects and support organizational growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5years) as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
• Good knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted relationships across all levels.
