Human Resources Manager

At Bahçıvan Gıda , we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at our head office in Istanbul . The ideal candidate will have solid experience in training and performance management , be proficient in HR systems such as SAP or Logo, and support payroll and personnel administration processes.

If you are well-versed in labor legislation, think analytically, and can effectively manage both operational and development-oriented HR processes, we’d be delighted to meet you!


Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Human Resources Management, Business Administration)

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, particularly in payroll, personnel affairs, training, and performance management

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor law, SGK regulations, and related legislation
  • Proficiency in Logo; knowledge of SAP HR module is a strong advantage
  • Experience in SAP implementation or transition projects is a plus
  • Advanced command of MS Office tools, especially Excel

  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Skilled in planning, organization, reporting, and presentation
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Highly detail-oriented, confidentiality-focused, and meticulous

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update personnel files in compliance with legal requirements
  • Coordinate payroll processes with external consultants; ensure accurate and timely submission of timekeeping and payroll data
  • Manage official procedures and notifications with SGK, İŞKUR, and other regulatory bodies
  • Conduct training needs analyses; prepare and implement annual training plans and provide reports
  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy of performance evaluation processes and data
  • Contribute to the digitalization of HR operations and support continuous process improvements
  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of the HR budget
  • Actively participate in the development, updating, and dissemination of company procedures, job descriptions, and workflows
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management
