HR Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Apeiron Accounting & Tax Consultant LLC is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
• Manage performance appraisals, training & development.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Drive employee engagement & retention strategies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR operations.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law.
• Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in recruitment & performance management.
