Job Title: HR Manager

Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts and managing HR operations to support business needs. This role is best suited for someone with strong recruitment expertise in technical/engineering profiles and the ability to manage HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offers.
  • Build pipelines for engineering and technical roles (Instrumentation, Electrical, Piping, Automation).
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and close positions within timelines.
  • Leverage portals, LinkedIn, and internal networks for talent acquisition.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.

HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding & induction programs.
  • Maintain employee records in HRMS (Zoho).
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate salary processing.
  • Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC) with consultants.
  • Support HR policy implementation and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in insurance administration (GMC, WC, Travel).
  • Ensure HR documentation and compliance readiness for audits (ISO).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies for engineering/service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools (Zoho preferred) and payroll coordination.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
