We’re growing fast and looking for a hands-on HR Manager to build a high-performance, people-first culture at our Ahmedabad HQ.
What you’ll do
- Talent Acquisition: Own hiring end-to-end—JDs, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and 30/60/90-day ramp plans.
- HR Operations: Maintain HRIS/HRMS, employee records, letters, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full-&-finals.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws (PF/ESIC, Shops & Establishments—Gujarat), POSH, attendance & leave policy, and statutory audits/documentation.
- Payroll Coordination: Collate attendance, leaves, and variable pay inputs; coordinate with finance for timely, accurate payroll.
- Performance & Engagement: Run annual/bi-annual appraisal cycles, KPIs/OKRs, grievance handling, rewards & recognition, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
- L&D: Plan role-based trainings—sales soft skills, counselling etiquette, compliance refreshers; track effectiveness.
- HR Analytics: Deliver monthly dashboards—headcount, attrition, TAT to hire, training hours, performance outcomes.
- Employer Branding: Coordinate campus drives, career fairs, social hiring, and referral programs.
- Leadership Partner: Advise directors on org design, manpower planning, succession, and policy improvements.
What you’ll bring
- MBA/PGDM in HR (or equivalent).
- 5–8 years’ HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment + ops + compliance; prior experience in education/consulting/service sectors is a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of PF/ESIC, Shops & Establishments (Gujarat), POSH, onboarding to exit.
- Proficiency with HRMS/ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication in English, Gujarati, and Hindi; strong stakeholder management.
- High ownership, integrity, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.

Work Schedule
- On-site, Ahmedabad office.
- 6 days/week; occasional extended hours during peak admission cycles.
