HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager with 3–5 years of proven experience in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and hire the right talent quickly.
• Develop and implement employee engagement activities to enhance morale and retention.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Implement performance appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.
• Provide guidance for employee growth and career development.
• Draft and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
