HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
• Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding processes
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely reviews
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage compensation and benefits programs
• Lead training and development initiatives
• Maintain HR records and generate HR metrics/reports
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
