Job Summary:

Cap-Index Enterprises LLP is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. We are looking for a people-oriented professional who can foster a positive work environment while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and induction programs.
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
  • Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Address employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and implement training, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with management for workforce planning and organizational structure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
