1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews.
  • Managing job offers, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
  • Conducting orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.

2. Employee Records Management

  • Maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and employee files.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Assisting in payroll processing (collecting attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Managing employee benefits like health insurance, provident fund, etc.
  • Addressing employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and deductions.

4. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Tracking employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
  • Enforcing attendance policies and leave procedures.

5. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Supporting internal communication and feedback mechanisms.

6. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensuring HR policies comply with labor laws and internal guidelines.
  • Assisting in audits and legal documentation as required.
  • Implementing and enforcing company HR policies and code of conduct.

7. Performance Management

  • Coordinating performance appraisal processes.
  • Supporting managers in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
